You do not need an account to shop at Cavaraty . However, you will be able to enjoy benefits if you register with us, such as:

  • Tracking your orders and reviewing past purchase

  • Saving your address for a faster shopping experience when you visit us next time

Rewards points that you earn each time to make a complete order; and you will be able to use your points in your next purchase for discounts (10 points = KD 1)



Will my personal information be confidential?

How will I know if an item is out of stock?


  • An 'Out of Stock' label will be shown in the item's page. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an order but sold out by the time we process the order. If this happens, we will notify you

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Cavaraty is very easy!

  1. Browse the website by categories (i.e brands, devices, covers...etc)

  2. Click on the desired item then click 'Add to cart'. Your chosen item will appear in you shopping bad at the top of the page

  3. Continue shopping by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' icon

  4. When you are ready to place your order, revisit your shopping cart and select proceed to check out

  5. Follow the steps to complete the checkout process

·        The currency  is  default to the currency of the region you are shopping in ; however  you can change  it  at the top of the homepage.

 

What payment methods does  CAVARATY  accept?

How will I know if  CAVARATY  has received my order?

·        After placing your order, you will receive an email  and an SMS  to inform you that your order has been received. In the event of a problem  or you havn’t received a confirmation email or SMS; please contact us instantly.  For all cash on delivery orders, a  confirmation  call will be made to confirm your address and telephone number. Your items will then be dispatched.

 

When will my order be delivered?

·        Local (Kuwait) Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 business days after order confirmation

·        Paid orders will be processed directly without confirming; unless it has a missing information

·        For all cash on delivery orders, a  confirmation  call will be made to confirm your address and telephone number.

·        International Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days

 

I have not received my order?

What is the  exchange and  return policy?

·        We offer a  14  day s   exchange and return  policy  at any of our Cavaraty Stores (The Avenues Mall, Symphony mall, AlKout New Mall) . Items must be unworn or unused and must be in a fully re-saleable condition, in their original packaging  with the original invoice .

·        We will not exchange or return any product the passes its warranty time.

·        We will not exchange or return any product in the same day if its factory defected.

·        Misused or broken items are not covered by warranty.

·        Product color changes are not covered by the warranty.

·        No return or exchange is accepted for the product sold at the SALE or during promotion.

·        Original invoice has to be available in order for for us to accept an exchange or a return.

 

 

Does  CAVARATY  offer repairs service?

  • We do not currently offer a repairs service.

 

How much is the cost for shipping?

Is my package insured and will I need to sign for it on arrival?

  • Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception. A signature will be required on arrival however someone can sign on your behalf if you are unavailable

    ; if you weren’t reachable; the order will be returned back to our warehouse and a redelivery will be scheduled which might cause a delay

 

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

  • We 

    provide the

     highest quality

     items at Cavaraty

    . So, if your product is damaged or has a fault

    , please check the below points:

    • If the product is under a valid warranty, bring the product to any retail store with the original invoice; 

      we will test it and that would take around 2 to 4 business days to get a result of the testing.

    •  

      If the product was factory defected we will replace it for you or exchange it with other product with same value of the product you paid for.
